A man was arrested at Town Center at Cobb after an employee at a teen clothing store caught him near a dressing room with a mirror in one hand and a cellphone in the other, police said.

The employee called Cobb County police Thursday after he allegedly saw Juan Carlos Hernandez using the mirror to peep into customers’ dressing rooms at Forever 21. Hernandez “willingly admitted to recording customers ... with the intent of viewing said patrons in their underwear,” according to an arrest warrant obtained by AJC.com.

Police did not disclose any information about the victims.

Hernandez, 22, of Woodstock, faces felony charges of peeping Tom and possessing tools used to commit a crime.

While a Cobb judge set his bond at $10,000, he is being held in the county jail while U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials investigate his immigration status.

According to the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office, Hernandez was born in Mexico.
