Two people, including a 16-year-old, have been charged with murder after a man was fatally shot at a party in Stone Mountain, officials said.

Delon Rashaud Johnson, 22, of Atlanta, and the unidentified teen were both arrested in DeKalb County, according to sheriff’s office spokeswoman Cynthia Williams.

The charges stem from the death of Kejuan McCullen, Williams said. Investigators said McCullen was attending a party on Glen Cove Drive in Stone Mountain on May 9.

At some point, a fight broke out, Williams said. During the altercation, Johnson shot McCullen in the head, she said.

Johnson was taken to the DeKalb County Jail, where he remains. The teen was taken to the DeKalb Regional Youth Detention Center. In addition to murder, they each are charged with aggravated assault, Williams said.
