A husband and wife were found shot to death Saturday morning at a home in southern Hall County, authorities said.

Few details have been released, but deputies were called to the 5000 block of Little Doe Walk about 2:30 a.m. after receiving a call about the shooting, Hall County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Derreck Booth said.

Authorities said a family member living in the home discovered the bodies of  55-year-old Ty Iang and 47-year-old Meakna Iang in the bedroom.

The couple’s 16 and 20-year old sons and the sons’ grandmother were home at the time, deputies said.

Booth said the investigation “is contained to the residence” and that nobody else is believed to be involved in the deadly shooting.

The investigation is ongoing and additional details will be released as they become available, authorities said.
