Arrest warrants have been issued for a 20-year-old man in the shooting death of a south Fulton County store clerk.

D’Vontavious Bernard Williams is wanted by Union City police on felony murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault charges, Detective Gloria Hodgson said.

Investigators believe Williams entered Yasmin’s on 29, in the 6700 block of Ga. 29, shortly after 5 p.m. and fatally shot 28-year-old Sohil Padania, Hodgson said.

Williams, a 6-foot-1, 165-pound man with black hair and brown eyes, should be considered armed and dangerous, Hodgson said.

“The incident is under investigation and investigators are not prepared to release any additional information at this time,” she said in an emailed statement.
