A 23-year-old Georgia man on Wednesday was sentenced to 30 years in prison for human trafficking after pleading guilty to forcing underage girls into prostitution.
In December 2013, Khiry Price of Atlanta took two juvenile girls from their home and stashed them in a Motel 8 on Six Flags Drive in Cobb County. There Price forced the two to have sex with men who paid Price. Price eventually added a third girl.
Price, who admitted to having sex with one of the girls, will also serve 20 years of probation.
Price pleaded guilty to three counts of trafficking a person for sexual servitude, three counts of interference with custody, two counts of enticing a child for indecent purposes, two counts of simple battery, one count of pimping a person, one count of pandering a person, one count of pandering a person under 16, one count of child molestation and one count of statutory rape.
The case was led by Camila Wright, a human sex-trafficking prosecutor in the state Attorney General’s Office, and Chuck Boring of the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the FBI and police departments from Atlanta, College Park and Forest Park participated in the investigation.
