The Fulton County Medical Examiner's office on Tuesday released the name of a man found dead in a pool following a weekend fire at a home in southwest Atlanta.

Marcus Moseley, 48, died Saturday evening after a blaze ripped through a home on Oriole Drive, the office said.

Witnesses say they saw Moseley, while on fire and barely wearing any clothes, running out of the home and toward the backyard area at “top speed,” Atlanta fire Sgt. Cortez Stafford confirmed.

Investigators are still trying to figure out what sparked the fire and how Moseley ended up dead in the bottom of a swimming pool. The incident is being investigated as arson.

No other details were released.
