Cobb County police say they suspect foul play in the case of a man found dead Friday night in his Marietta apartment.

Officers found Richard Olen Bell, 59, dead on his bed at the Lincoln Hills Apartments on Windcliffe Drive shortly before 11 p.m., spokeswoman Alicia Chilton said.

Cause of death is not being released at this time, Chilton said. The case is being investigated as a homicide.
