A Decatur man has been arrested after police say he used his cellphone to take lewd photos and videos of women shoppers at Macy’s at Perimeter Mall.

Patrick Bailey, 33, admitted taking photos and videos while the women shopped or changed clothes, Dunwoody Police spokesman Mark Stevens said Monday. The incidents happened in public areas and in dressing rooms at the store on Ashford Dunwoody Road.

Bailey has been charged with felony peeping Tom, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Bailey was seen on surveillance camera taking the photos, according to the police incident report. Bailey’s cellphone contained “upskirt” video, according to the report, and a USB storage device also was seized.

Macy’s condemned the incident in a statement.

“We at Macy’s take the comfort and security of our customers very seriously and take quick action whenever we see or hear about an incident,” read the statement, which was issued to Channel 2. “In particular, we do not tolerate any illegal activity. Further details should come from the police department.”
