Man charged in deaths of 2 people in DeKalb car wreck
A 25-year-old man has been charged with DUI and vehicle homicide in connection with a car wreck that killed two people in DeKalb County.
Police said Donte Grant was driving a Chevrolet Camaro on Wesley Chapel Road around 9:30 p.m. Sunday when he crashed into a Honda Accord that was in the center turning lane, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.
The occupants of the Accord, Tammy Glenn, 48, and Aaron Glenn, 49, were killed in the wreck. Grant was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Grant was charged with two counts of vehicle homicide and DUI, DeKalb police Capt. S.R. Fore told Channel 2 Action News on Tuesday afternoon.
