Steven Kubas, 31, of Texas was stopped after being clocked driving 81 mph in a 45 mph zone in a white Chevrolet Corvette, according to WPLG.

Kubas denied that he had been speeding, but he still received a ticket from a Monroe County sheriff's deputy. He sped out of the parking lot where he was stopped, cutting off a motorcycle, the deputy said.

The deputy followed Kubas and clocked him at 115 mph, pulling him over a second time just two mile markers away.

Kubas told the deputy that he sped the second time out of anger over the first ticket.

He was arrested and charged with reckless driving. Authorities also found a handgun and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.
