A Cobb County man allegedly used a hole in a restroom wall at work to watch a woman in the ladies room, according to police.

Scott Joe Carter, 59, of Marietta, watched as a woman used the bathroom at a Gordy Parkway car care shop near Sandy Plains Road, Cobb police said.

“The accused was witnessed going into the men’s bathroom on multiple occasions when females went to the bathroom,” Carter’s arrest warrant states.

Carter was charged with unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance, a felony, and surrendered Monday morning. He was booked into the Cobb jail and released hours later after posting $5,000 bond.
