Deputies identified Wilson through an anonymous tip from Nixle. Photos of Wilson matched the man in the surveillance footage the woman provided, the news release said.

Wilson, who was arrested at a boarding house in Fairburn on Tuesday night, was charged with peeping Tom and loitering or prowling and remains in custody in the Clayton County jail. His bond has not been set.

Wilson’s criminal history in Clayton County dates to 2012, according to jail records.
