A truck driver died Thursday morning in a fight with a man at a Miami gas station, police said.
The incident happened inside a Valero gas station when a suspect ran out to his car, took a machete and attacked the truck driver, CBS Miami reports.
The two men continued the fight in the street and the “victim eventually collapsed,” according to CBS Miami.
Police said while the man was lying on the road he was hit by two cars. Officials do not know if he died from machete wounds or from injuries he suffered by being hit by vehicles.
Police said the suspect fled the scene and they are still looking for him. Officers did not reveal a motive for the attack.
