Howell Mill store burglarized for third time in less than a year

A northwest Atlanta window treatment store was hit by smash-and-grab burglars early Monday for the third time in less than a year.

A witness reported to Atlanta police dispatchers that eight males entered the Shade Store in the 1200 block of Howell Mill Road about 4:30 a.m. Monday after smashing a window with a brick.

The witness told police the burglars were wearing gray hoodies, and sped away in two vehicles.
