A person was killed at The Metropolitan Arts District building Monday night, Atlanta police said.
Police did not have a suspect in custody about 10 p.m. and were investigating the scene.
The business and arts district, which is located at Metropolitan Parkway and Bronner Bros Way in Atlanta, comprises several recording studios, offices and living spaces.
No motive has been suggested.
Two people were killed in the same location in April, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.
