Two Brunswick High School basketball players have been charged with aggravated child molestation in connection with an alleged incident involving a 14-year-old girl, police said.

Kymani Dunham and Christopher Reed were arrested Friday at the southeast Georgia school, the Savannah Morning News reported.

Dunham also is charged with enticing a child for indecent purposes, the newspaper reported. Both suspects are in the Glynn County jail awaiting a bond hearing.

The girl, also a student at the school, told a staff member about the sex offense, police said. The alleged incident occurred at a private residence, according to the newspaper.

Brunswick’s basketball team made it to the Georgia 6A finals in 2017 before losing to Langston Hughes High School in south Fulton.

Dunham has signed a letter of intent to play for College of Charleston, according to the newspaper.
