A Henry County man received a 30-year prison sentence Thursday for a deadly shooting and robbery in 2013, a prosecutor’s spokeswoman said.

Quincy Bailey, 21, of McDonough, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and armed robbery, Henry County district attorney spokeswoman Megan Matteucci said in an emailed statement.

Bailey and another man entered the home of James “KT” Cleveland on Dec. 17, 2013, and robbed him of cash, narcotics and jewelry, Matteucci said.

“The family is pleased to have closure in this tragic death," Henry County District Attorney Darius Pattillo said. “This was yet another senseless act over drugs and money.”

The judge set the bond at $50,000.
