Police named the man Monday who allegedly robbed a Peachtree Corners beauty store last week while wearing a white apron and bright blue pants.

Terence Broady, 29, walked into Buddy Beauty Mart on Jimmy Carter Boulevard and asked an employee helping another customer for change for a dollar before allegedly reaching over the counter and snatching money out of the cash register, Gwinnett County police said in a news release.

AJC.com previously reported that the suspect also allegedly stole a pickup truck in Chamblee about half an hour before the robbery.

Chamblee police responded Tuesday to a stolen vehicle call at 1800 Century Parkway, a business complex, after the suspect allegedly climbed into the passenger side of a green Chevrolet Colorado and drove away, Chamblee police Sgt. Chris Newberry said. After robbing the beauty store, he allegedly fled in the truck, Newberry said.
