No foul play is suspected in the death of a Powder Springs woman whose body was found inside her home late Monday morning.
Police were called to the home in the 4100 block of Misty Morn Way just before noon, and officers saw a body on the floor, said Matt Boyd, deputy chief of police. After forcing their way inside, the officers found her dead.
Further investigation, however, revealed “no signs of foul play,” Boyd said in an email.
The woman’s name was being withheld pending notification of family.
No other details were provided.
