A Coconut Creek, Florida, woman and two middle schoolers were arrested after selling gummies laced with pot to fellow classmates.

Paramedics treated two students at the Lyons Creek Middle School when they found themselves to be high, which then led to the arrest of the 13- and 14-year-old who sold them. Police found 86 similar packages of laced gummies in one of the girls’ home, presumably there with the intention to sell.
Christine Arguelles, the mother of one of the arrested teens, was also arrested. Charges against Arguelles include "possession with intent to sell THC, two counts of child neglect and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor."
Lyons Creek Middle School Principal Horace Hamm sent out an email to parents following the incident:
