Police will hold an 11:30 a.m. press conference to give family members a status report on the victims of today’s early morning workplace shooting at the Airport Road FedEx facility in Kennesaw.
At least six people have been taken to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, two of them in critical condition. The suspect is dead, according to police.
An emergency room doctor will be present at the press conference to update conditions of the shooting victims. The briefing will be held at the media staging area on Tower Road.
“We will also release some very basic info about the victims (i.e. age and gender),” said Marietta police spokesman Ofc. David Baldwin.
