A man who was shot in a Gwinnett County driveway Wednesday night after a roadway argument with another driver has died.
The suspect told police that the shooting may have stemmed from a disagreement that started on the road, Gwinnett police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said.
The suspect said the dead man, who was not identified pending notification of family, followed him to his home on Windsong Park Drive, where their argument continued in front of a witness. It ended with the shooting in the driveway.
The shooting victim was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville and later died.
The suspect and the witness were taken to police headquarters for interviews, Pihera said.
