An inmate who walked away from a work detail in Middle Georgia was captured in metro Atlanta, prison officials said Friday.
Keyshawn Markese Cobb, 19, was captured in Decatur about 5:30 p.m. by fugitive agents from the Georgia Department of Corrections, according to a Twitter post by the agency.

Cobb walked off from the kitchen at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth on Aug. 17.
He’s an inmate at the Burruss Correctional Training Center in Monroe County, according to corrections officials. He was serving time for a burglary conviction.
