A Hall County couple faces charges of possession with intent to distribute dangerous narcotics, officials said.

Venessa Chavira, 33, and Benjamin Plymale, 27, had 30,929 pills on March 14 when deputies searched their Gainesville residence in the 200 block of Ridgewood Avenue, sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Don Scalia said in a news release.

The narcotics seized included more than 40 different types of pills, including Alprazolam, an anti-anxiety medication, and narcotics such as Fentanyl patches and liquid, Hydrocodone, Diazepam, Hydromorphone, Amphetamine, Morphine and Oxycodone, Scalia said.

Officials estimate the total street value of the seized narcotics at $521,000.

Chavira and Plymale remain in the Hall County jail.
