A Fulton County judge found probable cause Friday that a Milton business owner kidnapped and raped a woman he met at a bar earlier in January, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Robert Bohensky is accused of meeting a woman at a Forsyth County bar Jan. 4. When he offered to take her home, he allegedly drove to his house and raped her, AJC.com previously reported.

Bohensky’s attorney, Steve Murrin, denied the allegations against his client, which include charges of rape, battery, kidnapping and false imprisonment.
However, Milton police detectives testified against Bohensky during his first court appearance, Channel 2 reported. Chris Bradshaw testified that the alleged victim texted her husband when she realized Bohensky wasn’t driving her to her house.
“At 11:03 p.m., the first test said, “Help. In a truck. Just turned right at Fowler (Road),’” Bradshaw said.
He also testified that surveillance video showed Bohensky escort the alleged victim from his truck to his home, where police said Bohensky raped her. AJC.com’s policy is not to identify victims of sexual assault.
Milton police previously told Channel 2 that the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the woman’s family, who used an app to track her phone to a home on Freemanville Road. Bohensky and the alleged victim were found in the home, but an arrest wasn’t made until Jan. 11.
“This was a woman so desperate for help that she calls her husband who then proceeds to listen to his wife be sexually assaulted,” Assistant District Attorney Julianna Peterson said in court. “This is clearly not a woman who wants to be there having some kind of sexual dalliance.”
In court, Murrin harped on the fact it took police a week to arrest his client. He said the pair struck up a conversation at the bar, she left on her own volition and they had consensual sex. He previously called the situation “buyer’s remorse.”
“When they got home, she may have gotten to the point of sobriety where she realized she’s in deeper than she wished and called a family member, and it snowballed from there,” Murrin said after Bohensky was arrested.
Bohensky remains in the Fulton County Jail without bond, according to jail records. His next court date is in the spring, Channel 2 reported.
