A Georgia man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly offering to pay an underage girl for sexually suggestive photographs among other sexual actions, authorities said.

Randy James Stephens, 21, of Murrayville, faces felony pandering and sexual exploitation of a minor charges, the Hall County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

He’s accused of offering someone “whom he knew to be a minor” money online for the photos as well as for her to perform sexual acts while he would record her on video, the release said.

Investigators obtained warrants for his arrest and he was taken into custody without incident Wednesday, the release said.

He remains in the Hall County Jail without bond, according to jail records.
