A College Park man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for distributing child pornography.

Lionel Alls, 36, pleaded guilty to using the Internet to access, download and distribute child porn, U.S. Attorney John Horn’s office said in a news release Wednesday. Alls was convicted June 28.

“Alls demonstrated in horrific ways how the Internet can be used by criminals to victimize our children,” Horn said.

In one instance, Alls asked a man molesting a toddler in his care to share sexually explicit images of the child online, authorities said.

U.S. Attorney's Office spokesman Bob Page said Alls shared nude images of himself with children and enticed minors as young as 8 years old to send nude images and videos of themselves to him.

His sentence includes lifetime supervised release at the end of his time in prison.

“Alls’ actions are the worst of depravity and no sentence can lessen the harm he has caused to these young children,” FBI Atlanta spokesman David LeValley said. “But at least he will no longer be able to pursue his egregious acts.”
