UPDATE:
An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated when Jose Luis Martinez was arrested and released from jail. He was released from jail Nov. 9 after paying a bond of $38,720.
He did not need to speak with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers as previously stated.
There was also an incorrect mugshot attached to the story. That has been updated.
The man whose mugshot was attached also is named "Jose Martinez" and was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, failing to maintain a lane and not have a required tag light.

A Marietta man was booked into jail Nov. 5 after police say he shot a car and a woman with a paintball gun in an I-75 road rage incident.
Jose Luis Martinez was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a weapon, reckless conduct, aggressive driving and other counts.
He was driving a GMC Sierra pick-up truck south on I-75 near I-575 about 9 p.m. Nov. 5 when he started tailgating a Honda Accord, an arrest warrant said.
