The final arrests have been made in connection with a 2017 double homicide in Canton, authorities said.

Christian Johnson, Bryson Miller and Javon Reed surrendered to authorities following reports they were on the run, according to police.

Johnson surrendered to Baltimore authorities April 23, Miller turned himself in at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center on April 24 and Reed was arrested in Woodstock, police spokesman Pacer Cordry said. Reed’s arrest date was not released.

The suspects were named in an April 10 indictment along with Darron Brown, Dayton Cochran, Brody Samples, Brooke Wotring, Byron Elrod, Jeremy Zellous, Brian Miller, Jamesly Baptiste, Temarlos Turner and Akilee Wilson.

The indictment includes numerous counts of felony murder, aggravated assault and firearms offenses in connection with the June 25 shooting deaths of William Kendrick Randall and Tony Samples.

Randall, 23, of Canton, was found dead in a grassy area near Crisler Street after officers responded to a report of multiple gunshots in the area. Samples, 26, of Ball Ground, died en route to a local hospital after he was found in the vehicle of Zellous. Samples is the brother of one of the men named in the indictment.

Authorities have not specified the suspects’ alleged roles in the deadly double shooting.
