A Forsyth County man is accused of killing his estranged wife after she was found dead in his home Monday night, authorities said.

Zhibin Duan, 51, faces murder charges.

“This appears to be a domestic-related death between an estranged married couple who were not currently living together,” Forsyth officials said in a Facebook post.

After working the scene in the Wyndham Park subdivision for about 10 hours, officials left the Gallatin Way home early Tuesday with bags of evidence, according to Channel 2 Action News.

The suspects' strange behavior led to his arrest, police say.

Authorities said neighbors called 911 and reported a suspicious man walking in the area.

When deputies arrived just after 6:40 p.m., they confronted the man and found “what appeared to be blood on his shirt,” officials said in the Facebook post.

“The male refused to comply with orders to stand still and was secured,” Forsyth officials said on Facebook.

Deputies searched the home where the man stayed and found the woman’s body.
