Three men, including two brothers, have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting at a Peachtree Corners apartment.

Gabriel Morales, 19, and brothers Cobe Myart, 18, and Corey Myart, 20, are each charged with felony murder, aggravated assault and home invasion in the death of Malik Werts, Gwinnett County police said Monday in a news release.

The arrests were made Friday, exactly two weeks after officers were sent to an apartment complex on Ashley Lakes Drive about noon Jan. 31. When they arrived, Werts, 22, of Peachtree Corners, was found fatally shot in a unit in the 700 building, authorities said.

Investigators said the shooting stemmed from drug activity and robbery.

All three suspects are being held in the county jail with no bond.

An investigation is ongoing.
