Boy abandoned outside Atlanta jail

A boy was found near the Atlanta City Detention Center on Peachtree Street Monday, police said.

Ethan Parker’s mother is believed to be Lakeish Parker, Atlanta police spokesman Lukasz Sajdak said.

The mother is possibly wearing a tan coat with fur lining. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall with shoulder length hair.
