Fulton County magistrates have denied bond to the young men accused of murdering two club patrons in Little Five Points.

Jacques Allen, 17, waived a hearing today, said sheriff’s spokeswoman Tracy Flanagan.Thomas Dozier,25, and 17-year-old Charlie Baldwin were denied bond Tuesday.

The bond situation involving a 14-year-old boy who was also arrested was not immediately clear. Police have not publicly identified the minor.

Dozier, Allen and Baldwin face a preliminary hearing June 23 at 9:30 a.m. in the Fulton County courthouse.

The four are charged in the March 14 killing of Joseph Hruska, 33, and Chaitanyalila Kelsey, 32, in the parking lot of the Vortex Bar & Grill, 468 Moreland Ave. Police say the shooting happened shortly after the group robbed two people in the nearby Virginia Highland neighborhood.

Atlanta police Chief George Turner announced the arrests Tuesday. Detectives linked the three incidences — which occurred within 15 minutes of each other — by locating a witness who found a stolen a wallet from one of the robberies, which was found in close proximity to the killings.
