DeKalb County police have identified the man found shot to death Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of an office park.

The body of Douglas Lynes-Bell, 37, was discovered in the Memorial Bend Office Park in the 5300 block of Memorial Drive just after 2 p.m., DeKalb police spokesman J.D. Spencer said.

Detectives are investigating the shooting as a homicide.

Additional details have not been released.
