Police are seeking a white BMW that they say struck two people and several cars on Piedmont Road in Buckhead before leaving the scene Tuesday afternoon.

Both people hit by the car refused emergency treatment at the scene, Atlanta police spokesman Donald T. Hannah said. The incident happened about 1 p.m. near a Target.

The BMW was last seen headed north on Ga. 400, Hannah said.
