Atlanta police seeking to ID armed robbery suspects

Atlanta police are seeking the public’s help in identifying armed robbery suspects.

About 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 6, officers responded to a robbery call in the 300 block of Piedmont Avenue, spokesman John Chafee said in a statement.

“The victim advised he and his friend were approached by the suspects, held at gunpoint and robbed of a Rolex watch, and a bag containing a book, an iPod and Bluetooth headphones,” Chafee said.

The suspects left in a late 2000s model silver Chevy Malibu with damage on the rear driver’s side of the vehicle, police said. No injuries were reported.

Anyone who may recognize the suspects or has any information on this incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers. Information on the case or suspects can be submitted anonymously to the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477) or online at www.StopCrimeATL.com
