Nearly a week after a homeowner shot and killed an intruder, two men believed to be connected to the invasion are still on the run, Gwinnett police said Wednesday.
But they hope new photos of the alleged intruders will generate leads and help them find the men.
Both men are 6 feet tall and have thin builds and facial hair, Gwinnett police Cpl. Deon Washington said. One was wearing a white baseball cap, dark colored pants and dark colored athletic shoes with an unknown reflective symbol.
The second man, who has short black hair, was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants and black athletic shoes.
The men, along with Antonio Leeks, 28, of Atlanta, are accused of breaking into a woman’s home along Spring Drive in unincorporated Gwinnett about 4 a.m. Sept. 16 while she and another man were sleep.

According to police, the homeowner saw the men coming through the front door and began firing shots. Leeks was struck in the torso and killed.
One of the men fired back, police said, before he and the other man sped away in a car.
The men captured in the newly released photos are considered armed and dangerous, Washington said.
