A couple, who Clayton police say shot a man early Sunday morning before escaping in a black Lexus, turned themselves in late Sunday night.
The Clayton County Police Department canceled the BOLO on the two deemed “armed and dangerous,” after Justin McCoy, 20, and Keyara Wallace, 18, turned themselves in at the Clayton County Jail.
According to police, at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, McCoy shot a man four times with a rifle in the 5800 block of San Gabriel Lane in College Park after an altercation.
McCoy, according to police, then escaped in a black Lexus driven by Wallace. The car had an Alabama license plate and the initials “KLW” in pink lettering across the back window.
A press release announcing the arrest did not indicate the charges.
