A road-rage suspect has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault after he repeatedly stopped his vehicle and then shattered a driver’s windshield in Clayton County, according to authorities.

The victim told police that 33-year-old Dominique Isaac Bowers drove his vehicle in front of his car and stopped abruptly on Ga. 85 at Gardenwalk Boulevard on Oct. 22 around 7:45 p.m.

A few miles later, after Bowers stopped his car abruptly again, the victim honked his horn. That caused Bowers to get out of his car and throw a trailer hitch at the victim’s windshield, shattering the entire screen, Clayton police wrote in a Facebook post. Bowers then returned to his car and drove off.
