On Tuesday, voters in eight Atlanta-area congressional districts will select a U.S. House member. In seven of those districts, a heavily favored incumbent — from 13-term Rep. John Lewis to freshman Rep. Rob Woodall — is facing a less-funded challenger. All of the districts have new boundaries after Georgia gained a seat after the 2010 census. The Gainesville-based 9th Congressional District is a new open seat.
