Conference seeks to eradicate Islamophobia

“Eradicating Islamophobia: With a Conversation Around Women in Islam,” will be the theme for the Second Biennial Islamic Conference starting this weekend at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel Atlanta.

The conference will be hosted by Atlanta-based Islamic World International Conference and will include Muslims and the faith community from across the country and abroad for the discussion.

Imam Sheikh Tijani Cisse from Senegal, West Africa will be the keynote speaker for the event, which will run Nov. 22-24.
