The Clark Atlanta University Philharmonic Society will perform in Richmond, Va., as a part of its 2014 Spring Tour, “See Yourself in a Whole New World.” The performance is 7 p.m. Friday at Ginter Park Presbyterian Church in Richmond. Under the direction of Dr. Curtis Powell, the renowned choir will participate in a five-city tour. Stops include Washington, D.C. (May 11), Philadelphia (May 12), New York City (May 13) and Charlotte, N.C. (May 15). The university will host free information sessions for prospective students and their parents with participation from CAU student leaders, admissions officers and alumni at each stop.
