The Center for Cancer Research and Therapeutic Development at Clark Atlanta University hosts a town hall forum Thursday, focusing on prostate cancer. The town hall, entitled “Prostate Cancer in African-American Men: Biology vs. Lifestyle,” will be from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Robert W. Woodruff Library, Studio A (lower level), 111 James P. Brawley Drive, Atlanta. Panelists are: Charles Cooke from the Georgia Prostate Cancer Coalition; Dr. Eric Jacobs, strategic director of pharmacoepidemiology, American Cancer Society; Dr. Charnita Zeigler-Johnson, research assistant professor, University of Pennsylvania; and Dr. Shafiq A. Khan, scholar and executive director of the CCRTD.
