Dunwoody resident Beverly Armento and about two dozen other residents have withdrawn their suit against the city over construction of a concrete trail in Brook Run Park. Armento had sued to stop the construction, arguing that it threatened stormwater runoff to neighboring homeowners. Relief was denied by the Georgia Supreme Court recently. Armento said Monday the case can be refiled in the future.
