Washington health officials announced Monday that three more people have died of coronavirus in the state, bringing the death toll to 21.

In an afternoon press conference, Washington State Health Officer Dr. Kathy Lofy announced there are now 162 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Washington state, and 21 deaths. According to a My Northwest report from the press conference, King County has the most cases with 116, and 20 deaths. Snohomish County has 31 cases and 1 death.

Nineteen of those that died in King County were residents at an area senior community facility, according to Patch.com.

The national death toll has reached 26, according to CBS News.
