An airman assigned to the 81st Training Wing at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, died in an on-base incident Wednesday afternoon, according to reporter Andres Fuentes of WLOX.

Three others were injured, Fuentes reported. Officials have not released any identities or the cause of the incident, according to WLOX.

In a separate incident, a servicemember with the 10th Special Forces Group drowned during a training exercise in Key West, Florida, according to Army Times.

The soldier died at the Army’s combat diving school, Army Times reported. It cited Army officials.

The accident happened Tuesday at Naval Air Station Key West, Army Times reported, citing Army Combat Readiness Center spokesperson Michael Negard. The CRC’s safety investigation team will lead the investigation, Negard said.
