Atlanta police officers lucky to be alive
New details have emerged in yesterday's shooting near the Fulton County courthouse. 26-year-old Alexia Christian was able to free herself from handcuffs after being arrested for attempting to steal a car. Christian pulled a gun on police officers from the back seat, narrowly missing both officers. The officers then leaped from the car and fired into the vehicle, killing Christian. Baltimore state attorney Marilyn Mosby announced yesterday that 6 police officers, 3 black and 3 white, will be charged in the wrongful death of Freddie Gray.
