Two people were shot Friday night near Grady High School, according to Atlanta police.

The two shot, both adults, were both being taken to the hospital for treatment, Officer Ralph Woolfolk said.

Grady was playing a home football game Friday night vs. Carver. But the two shot were not at the school or the game, Woolfolk said. The shooting location was on Monroe Drive at 8th Street, police said.

No further details available late Friday.
