Three Norcross teenagers have been arrested and charged in the rape of a woman behind a restaurant on Buford Highway.

Victor Cruz-Ramirez, 16, Marvin Leonel Sanchez, 16, and Kevin Dominguez, 18, are students at Norcross High School, according to police. They have been charged with rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated battery, kidnapping and false imprisonment. Cruz-Ramirez and Sanchez are being charged as adults.

When police met with the woman on Sept. 28, she had visible lacerations and swelling, authorities said.

The woman told police she had gone with the suspects to smoke a cigarette when they attacked and dragged her into bushes behind the restaurant. The teens took turns beating her and sexually assaulting her, she told police.

Cruz-Ramirez and Sanchez are being held at the Gwinnett Regional Youth Detention Center. Dominguez is being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Detention Center, police said.
