The Mega Millions jackpot shot above $300 million after no players matched all six numbers from Friday night's drawing.
Three tickets, sold in Massachusetts, New York and Texas, matched the first five numbers drawn Friday night – 11, 13, 51, 57 and 9 – but not the Mega Ball of 1. Those tickets are worth $1 million each.
With the rollover, the jackpot for Tuesday's drawing climbed to $309 million.
The jackpot for Saturday night's Powerball multi-state lottery is $50 million.
